Just wanted to see in anyone else has this issue?

On the driver side, rear, the carpet is creased near the door. The hard backing of the carpet appears to be broken and the carpet does not hold its shape.

Any ideas on how I should approach this when I tell the dealership? What a pain to replace the carpet, if and when they can get their hands on a replacement.
