I was taking my future brother-in-law for a ride in the new car. We got in and get out of his neighborhood and turn right on a street that was not very busy. I get on it and get up to 70mph real quick to show him the power. So we get to the light and I turn right on a 3 lane road. We get to the next light I turn right again to go back to his house. There was a cop in the left turn lane.

We turn right, the cop waits for traffic to clear and turns right instead of left. He gets right up on my bumper. Then he pulls up to the side of the car. I can't roll my windows down because they just got tinted. My bro-in-law is saying "you think he wants to race?" We turn on a side street to get back to his house. The cop zips over and turns with us. So now I am just waiting for the lights to start flashing.

We finally pull up to his house with the cop still right on my bumper and we both get out of the car. The cop starts asking "what is that?" LOL He couldn't read the badging. Apparently he has a GTO and said he'd never seen a G8 and couldn't figure out what it was. We sat there and talked for about 10 minutes. He even got out of his car and took a look at the interior and engine. I thought for sure he was gonna get me for speeding. LOL

Wow! What a freaking dope story!

Yeah this car is definitely hot if it even has has cops following just to stare and gawk at it.
What color do you have?
And did he say he was going to trade his GTO for it?

I myself have not even seen the G8 on the roads. I hope I never do until I get it. But, since it will take me a while, I'm sure that won't happen.
If I see it, I might be tempted to follow the driver all the way to their house too!!!!LOL

My G8 is black.

He said he may have to trade in his wife's Charger to get one. LOL
