I bounce between Raleigh & Durham NC and Greenville SC, but the shop we work with is in Durham.
Personally I still have a GTO, but I'm looking in the G8 direction...might have to wait for the GXP version, and bring over the Aussie body parts to convert it back to a Commodore SSV
However, we're going to need a G8 for some test fitting fairly soon, so anyone in the area who would like to help us out, let me know! We'll give you a major discount on our product, and may be able to sneak in a dyno-tune, for your time

Umm, don't know about poaching...we are a retailer, not a dyno-shop so I'm not trying to take anything away from the guys at pcm4less, if that's what you were inferring. I don't make a habit of stepping on the toes of local shops.
But we are a sponsor, so I'd say we're 'licensed' to hunt on this land

i just found it interesting that you come in a thread from another sponsor to state where your business is and to ask for a g8 to test fit things... alvin may not care, but i think its a bit underhanded...

Ok, well I could see how you might think that, but in all honesty I had clicked on the thread based on the title, just to 'check-in' with the local guys and figured that I'd see if anyone was interested in using their G8 to test fit a part, while I was in a local thread.
As stated, we are NOT a shop offering the services that PCMforless does, so we're not undercutting their business in any way...as far as I'm concerned, if someone wants to let us test-fit a part, we can meet at PCMforless and let Alvin and the guys there do what they do best for the customer...either way, we're not making money off of it or taking it away from them, so there really isn't a conflict of interests.
In the interest of being a good 'neighbor', I'll edit the post so that there is no confusion.
[EDIT: it appears you can't edit previous posts here, unless I'm missing something]
