Sweet. I am sure many will be disapponted that they only bumped the hp by 40 or so over the GT, but you knew they wouldn't go higher because of the Vette. But there is your manual tranny for all those who waited patiently. Enjoy.

great !
with not that many changes over the standard g8 gt(other than driveline) , hopefully the price wont go up too much , should come in below the srt8's price !

I've been guessing $34-36 for the base price. Maybe they'll surprise by coming in at 32-33...

There's a bunch of high res pictures of the Ute (Pontiac ST) on the link. You guys will finally get to see this baby up close and personal at the New York Auto Show ... trust me it's a sexy beast when you see/touch it in the metal 
In OZ it's referred to as the "two door, two seater sports car, with loads of luggage space" lol ... the sound of that sweet V8 version is awesome  |

Ill take a GT with those GXP rims.
Who needs 40HP?
But i do like the new antenna.
A LS3 motor would be nice down the road but from the looks of things it could cost 39,995 which is 10k more than a GT for just some REALLY minor upgrades in my opinion.
The new redone front makes it look more aggressive and looks promising.
Ill save my 10k and put it on paying off another car.

GXP looked awesome, but interior looked cool a like GTO. But foglight looked a little different from 08GT. I can't wait to look forward 09GXP.
