Senate toughens mileage standards | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

CAFE standards passed. Everyone has 13 years to find a way to get their general public vehicle to 35mpg or better.

I think in 13 years, 35mpg will be easier to attain while still retaining performance.

In 13 years I will be ready to upgrade my 2008 G8 GT to the 2021 Electric/Hydrogen G8 that gets 100 miles to the gallon of hydrogen with 700 Hp.
